This award recognises HR Leaders who work across HR and People functions, such as Chief HR Officer, Chief People Officer, Chief Reward Officer, Head of People, HR Director (or of equivalent job titles). This individual is committed to driving a more human workplace culture through their passion and commitment within their role.

This is someone who has:

Really demonstrates the power of the H - ‘Human’ in HR, showing outstanding courage to change the status quo within their organisation; challenging outdated leadership styles and behaviours that do not align to a human culture

Demonstrated a clear, measurable impact as a result of their work in improving the culture and workplace to be more human

Led by example, showing compassion and empathetic leadership. Introduced creative HR ideas and initiatives to improve leadership from the top and therefore, creating a culture that retains and attracts valuable talent

Collaborated with other areas of the business outside of HR to drive a more human centric approach to leadership and overall workplace culture
