JILLIAN MOORE

Global Advisory Lead at Avanade

Jillian Moore leads Avanade’s Global Advisory organisation, with responsibility for creating and executing Avanade’s advisory strategy, developing and leading our global advisory offerings and capabilities, and managing our strategic engagements with Avanade advisory clients. Jillian is also executive sponsor for both Avanade’s go-to-market strategy for sustainability as well as for our wellbeing initiatives. Jillian came to Avanade from Atos, where she led the company’s Global Digital Transformation practice. Prior to that she was a client services partner and Customer Engagement practice lead at Slalom Consulting in the U.K. She holds a master’s degree with honors in advanced computing from Imperial College, London, and a bachelor’s degree with honors in computer science from the University of York. Passionate about mental health and the role physical activity plays, Jillian is chair of the board of trustees of London Sport, a social service non-profit whose mission is to encourage the people of London to be more active. She sets a good example. Jillian is an avid scuba diver and instructor, with a particular interest in underwater photography.

CHRISTOPHER BOX

Partner at PwC UK

Christopher is the Global Leadership Partner for one of the UK’s largest banks and, by background, is an organisation design and HR consulting Partner. He has worked predominantly in financial services, across banking & capital markets, insurance and asset management. He also has significant experience in oil & gas and consumer goods. Over the last decade Christopher has led on the people aspects of some of the most complex bank restructures, and more broadly has led programmes ranging from cost reduction, business realignment, functional transformation and acquisitions and divestitures. In addition to his role as a Global Relationship Partner, he is currently leading work to set up the end to end design for two new entrants to the UK Banking Sector. Christopher has worked closely with regulators and other industry bodies to deliver to organisations major mindset shift and broader cultural and behavioural change programmes. He works across the c-suite on people strategy programmes.

HELEN BRADBURY

Chief People Officer at E.ON UK

Helen is the Chief People Officer, Director of Organisational Development, Internal Communications & Engagement at E.ON UK. Helen is passionate about creating a culture where everyone feels respected, valued and a sense of belonging. Through E.ON UK’s inclusive culture, everyone is empowered to grow, thrive and to be the best they can. Helen believes that E.ON UK’s diversity of backgrounds and experiences will help them to connect with and understand their diverse customers and communities. Having worked in the energy industry for over 20 years, in a variety of leadership, HR, communications and marketing roles, Helen was appointed as Chief People Officer for E.ON UK in 2023.

DR MARK DAVIES

Chief Health Officer at IBM

Dr Mark’s role is the Chief Health Officer in IBM working in the healthcare and life science industries globally. He has over 20 years’ experience as an NHS General Practitioner in the UK. He has a long-standing interest in informatics, health policy and system redesign and this has led him to work nationally for 15 years in a number of clinical leadership roles at the Department of Health, Cabinet Office and as the executive medical director of NHS Digital. Mark was European Medical Director of the global health informatics specialist MedeAnalytics between 2014 and 2017 specialising in population health. In 2003 he founded one of the largest social enterprise providers in the UK – Local Care Direct, which developed an early model of integrated urgent care using multi-professional groups which continues to cover a population of 3 million people.

Mark is deputy chair and a non-executive director of the British Medical Journal.

RACHNA PATEL

Vice President, International DE&I & EMEA Total Rewards at The Walt Disney Company

As Vice President, International DE&I and EMEA Total Rewards, Rachna has responsibility for DE&I strategy and implementation across all international markets. Previous to her international responsibilities, Rachna has led DE&I for Disney EMEA since 2017, leading on strategy, across the region and ensuring that DE&I is embedded throughout the whole business to create an all-inclusive workplace. Rachna demonstrates a resilient and motivated approach to inclusion, utilising a high level of social-emotional intelligence aligned with an analytical and growth mindset to drive human centric values within global corporate structures. A natural communicator across all levels of the organisational structure, Rachna is unafraid to challenge industry norms to drive change programmes with collaboration across divisions to ensure positive improvements across working environments. Rachna is a trustee for two charities, Global Girl Project and Ambition Institute that focus on better access and opportunities to education for underrepresented groups. She is an honors graduate of Brunel University (Business Management) and holds a MSc in International Consultancy and Accounting from the University of Reading.

MARK LOMAS

Head of Culture at Lloyd's of London

Mark has delivered numerous diversity and inclusion projects in the UK and internationally for organisations across a wide variety of sectors, including The Financial Reporting Council, Lloyds Market Association (UK and International) Inclusive Recruitment review, Bermuda Hospital Board, Groupama Insurance, The BBC, Sheffield University, NHS Clinical Commissioning Group Boards, Highways England, ITV, DR TV Denmark, Lloyds Market Association & The Bermuda Human Rights Commission and The Law Society. Mark is an executive committee member of the R.I.D.I. (Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative) campaign and a Non-executive Director of NHS Property Services with responsibility for People, Culture, Diversity & Inclusion. Mark is currently Head of Culture at Lloyd’s of London.

Dr Monika Misra

European Head of Associate Health and Wellbeing at Mars Inc

Monika is European Head of Associate Health and Wellbeing at Mars Inc, an American multinational manufacturer of confectionery, pet food, and other food products and a provider of animal care services. Monika started her medical career as a General Practitioner and subsequently became a specialist in Occupational Medicine, which she has practiced both in the public and corporate sectors. She is on the board of the What Works Centre for Wellbeing. Monika is experienced in supporting leaders to enhance workplace culture and the employee experience to create a positive environment for their people to thrive. She has set workplace wellbeing and mental health strategies and leads global occupational health and wellbeing teams to operationalize these. Monika enjoys coaching executives, and their teams, to enable them to lead more fulfilling lives, both in and outside work. Her interests outside work include practising yoga and mindfulness and supporting the mental health of school aged children. She lives in London with her husband and two boys.

ANNE GOLDEN

General Manager at Pan Pacific London

In 2019, Anne was appointed General Manager at Pan Pacific London to oversee the launch and operation of Pan Pacific Hotels Group’s first hotel in the UK, marking the Group’s inaugural expansion into Europe. Combining sincere Singaporean hospitality along with contemporary London design, Pan Pacific London is a luxuriant haven in the heart of the City, on the doorstep of world-renowned locations yet also home to its own inner world.

Previously with Morgans Hotel Group, a boutique lifestyle brand originally created by Ian Schrager, as Regional Vice President for London Anne oversaw the iconic St Martins Lane, Sanderson and Mondrian London at Sea Containers properties. In 2014, she successfully opened Mondrian London (now Sea Containers), the first lifestyle hotel for the South Bank and home to the multi award-winning Dandelyan bar. During her tenure at Mondrian London, Anne was involved in corporate social responsibility and local and economic issues, becoming the inaugural Chairman of the South Bank Business Improvement District. She started her career in London with Forte Hotels and has held positions in operations, sales and revenue.

From September 2022, in recognition of her outstanding achievements at Pan Pacific London, Anne will be taking on the role of Vice President of Operations for UK & North America in addition to continuing as General Manager of Pan Pacific London.

Kate Lee

Chief Executive Officer

Kate Lee joined Alzheimer’s Society as their Chief Executive in March 2020. Prior to this role, she was CEO at children’s cancer charity CLIC Sargent for four years, during which time she rebranded the organisation, setting new values and building a culture of total team working. She successfully lobbied the Government to fund the funerals of all children under the age of 18 and founded the Children and Young People’s Cancer Coalition. She was previously CEO of Myton Hospice, a large Adult Palliative Care Charity in Coventry and Warwickshire, where she worked with many individuals with dementia and their families. Before that Kate spent 16 years at the British Red Cross leading UK service delivery, before becoming Director of UK and International Strategy and Deputy CEO in 2005.
