Each experience shares the real-life stories of our carefully selected Lions (storytellers), through events that are tailored to an organisation’s values and strategy. We also support the employee experience through other bespoke offerings related to digital experiences, and employee training.
We’re looking for a Client Account Manager to join the TLC Lions team as the company experiences rapid growth across the UK, USA and internationally. You’ll be joining our growing operations team at TLC Lions to ensure the highest level of service for our TLC Lions clients whether in person/virtual events or those who choose our various bespoke services. You’ll be managing key client relationships ensuring the smooth running of all events, from onboarding through to execution and monitoring feedback and results.
Our team thrives in a very fast paced environment and the role requires somebody with an ability to effectively manage a range of tasks simultaneously whilst delivering a consistent high standard of work. While managing new and existing clients, you will also work closely with other members of the team in delivering ongoing operational processes and efficiencies as we grow and bringing new ideas to the table. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running from day one and who thrives in the ever changing world of a start-up.
The role requires an individual with 3+ years experience in event and client management that will allow you to problem solve and deliver exceptional event administrative support to our clients as well as managing communication with our 40+ TLC Lions – Storytellers. This role is for someone with extremely high attention to detail, excellent written and spoken communication skills and who has a track record of naturally building relationships with high profile clients.
Above all, we’re looking for someone who is highly organised, motivated and brings a positive energy when supporting the team with various logistical and operational tasks. Responsibilities & Duties
Onboarding and managing new and existing client relationships
Actively supporting all stages of client relationships from onboarding through, through each event and ongoing account management and feedback meetings
Coordinating and supporting client facing and internal events (both virtual and in person)
Producing contracts, raising invoices and tracking payments
Managing communication with our 40+ TLC Lions (speakers) for each event
Supporting with wider TLC Lions research, trend analysis and understanding how client’s changing needs impact our future services
Supporting with logistics for the wider TLC Lions team
Ideally BA/BSc with experience in overseeing projects/events.
Salary - experience dependent.
Essential experience in successfully managing client relationships and event operations
Comfortable with Excel, PPT, Word and CRM systems (or ability to learn quickly)
