We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You’ll be working on developing and executing on multi channel marketing plans, communicating with existing clients and targeting new potential clients to work with us. A successful candidate will have experience within marketing and an ability to utilise various marketing strategies to drive lead generation and ultimately convert sales.

What does the role involve? (Responsibilities + Duties)

  • Multichannel comms planning; creating and presenting quarterly comms plans 
  • Tailoring the comms plan to various audiences including existing clients, new clients as well as our 70+ Lions (global speakers) 
  • Managing the Lion Relationship Management process for onboarding new Lions; from overseeing comms, to shortlisting lions, organising interviews and the announcement of new Lion
  • Supporting the sales team to generate leads for all TLC Lions solutions (speaking engagements, workshops, training, digital learning tools)
  • You’ll be involved in all aspects of our marketing including Social Media, PR, Website Management and supporting the wider sales teams with proposal templates
  • Identifying new potential clients and developing marketing strategies for attracting new clients
  • Provide views and suggestions on marketing and PR initiatives 
  • Assist in managing content calendars alongside our external marketing agency and ensure timely delivery of content for social media, newsletters and through other channels
  • Ensuring the website is updated to reflect key events throughout the year to generate new business 
  • Working with the sales team to manage our marketing partners including designers, digital marketers, copywriters, developers and more 
  • Supporting our Founder & CEO with his personal brand alongside the TLC Lions brand 
  • Managing the marketing collateral before, during and after our client facing events
  • Pitch content to partners for potential publication; Forbes, Business Insider, HBR, etc 
  • Overseeing the design, sending and tracking of the TLC Lions monthly newsletter 
  • Preparing monthly reports to showcase success and share analytics 

What are we looking for? 


  • Experience in B2B marketing and utilising marketing strategies to drive sales
  • Exceptional written communication for newsletters and business communications
  • Extremely competent in juggling several tasks at once and can ruthlessly prioritise according to the company’s needs
  • Efficient with limited resources and able to find solutions at pace
  • Receptive to feedback delivered in real-time and being able to make swift changes based on this feedback
  • Can create and deliver effective, compelling proposals and concise, clear emails
  • And great SPG (Spelling, Punctuation & Grammar) is in our DNA!


  • Experience of using Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator
  • Experience of using Keynote to create proposals/presentations
  • Experience in the events and/or learning & development industry
  • Some understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and Analytical Tools

1+ year marketing experience with a focus on B2B Marketing, communications and/or campaign management
