We’re looking for a highly organised and dynamic individual to join our growing team as a Personal Assistant to the Founder and CEO – Gian Power. This role will provide full executive support from diary management, administration, meeting preparation and working on specific projects and research as required. We’re looking for a candidate that thrives in a fast paced, high pressure environment and has the ability to be meticulously organised and diligent with managing their tasks.

A successful candidate will have prior experience being a Personal Assistant to a CEO/Senior Leader and is looking to join an ambitious and passionate team, where everyone’s respective roles drive us closer to achieving our mission and impact globally. 

*We are open to explore a part-time or full-time position for this role, with a minimum amount of 32 hours per week.

What does the role involve? (Responsibilities + Duties)

  • Supporting our CEO’s diary management and meeting preparation;
  • Supporting our CEO with his UK & international travel schedule – including booking flights, accommodation etc
  • Coordinating internal meetings and setting agendas
  • Supporting with roll out of the CEO’s social media content calendar; ensuring content gets recorded and delivered to our marketing team in a timely manner
  • Working with our Finance Executive to organise the CEO’s and team’s monthly expenses
  • Support the logistics for Gian’s speaking engagements and key client projects alongside other team members
  • Working closely with our Chief of Staff to support with ad hoc research tasks and admin support for new projects involving the CEO, e.g admin for The SuperPower Podcast, new content creation, upcoming Lion events involving our CEO
  • Managing all day to day admin tasks for our CEO and the wider team, e.g. office bookings, room bookings, organising monthly social events
  • Managing key dates in the diary and actioning when necessary e.g team and Lion birthdays, ordering gifts 
  • Running personal errands for our CEO including reservations, health appointments and personal admin 

What we are looking for:

  • Essential experience previously working as a Personal Assistant to a CEO/Senior Leader
  • Desired but not essential to have experience working as a PA in a startup environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including impeccable SPG (Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar) 
  • Solutions focussed and always having a plan B when issues arise 
  • Adaptable to navigate the dynamic and fast-paced environment our CEO thrives in
  • Practical and can remain calm under pressure 
  • Trustworthy, loyal and can deal with sensitive, confidential information
  • Work with moving priorities and changing plans 
  • Forward thinking – think ahead as plans arise of what our CEO will need 
  • Quick learner – understand our CEOs needs, operating style and personality 
  • Positivity mindset and approach to daily workload and challenges that may arise 
  • Tech Savvy working with platforms such as G-suite (Google mail and calendars), WhatsApp, Slack etc

Essential experience as a Personal Assistant to a CEO/Senior Leader

Salary: £25K - £35K pro rata
