TLC Lions HQ is in London and through our rapid expansion, we are looking to grow our HQ and team in the USA. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations including American Express, Warner Brothers, Microsoft, Sony & PwC bringing the human element back to the corporate world.
We partner with organizations over 12-months to support their Employee Experience strategies by bringing awareness to Inclusion, Mental Health and Talent Development agendas through our tailored experiences. Each experience shares the real-life stories of our carefully selected Lions (storytellers), through events that are tailored to an organization’s values and strategy. We also support the employee experience through other bespoke offerings related to digital experiences, and employee training.
What the role involves:
Supporting our CEO’s diary management and meeting preparation;
Managing our CEO’s international travel schedule – including booking flights, accommodation etc
Working closely with our Chief of Staff to support the logistics for Gian’s speaking engagements
Coordinating internal meetings and team events
Managing all day to day admin tasks for our CEO and the wider team, e.g. room bookings
Running personal errands for our CEO including reservations, health appointments and personal admin
Expense management, organising the teams expenses and CEO’s personal expenses
What we are looking for:
Highly organised in a fast moving environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including impeccable SPG (Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar)
Solutions focussed and having a plan B when issues arise
Practical and can remain calm under pressure
Trustworthy, loyal and can ‘deal with sensitive, confidential information’
Work with moving priorities and changing plans
Forward thinking – think ahead as plans arise of what our CEO will need
