Adam Cuadra

Before becoming an executive coach and facilitator, Adam spent over 25 years leading finance teams within large multinational organisations. He began his career at Arthur Andersen, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, before progressing through commercial finance roles at Marks & Spencer and WH Smith. He then spent over 15 years at Danone, serving as Finance Director across various settings, including commercial units, factories, head offices, and shared service functions.

Throughout his corporate career, Adam led major transformation projects driving improvements to processes, systems, and organisational structure. His experience as a board member has given him a deep understanding of cross-functional leadership and strategic decision-making. While primarily based in the UK, he spent eight years living in The Netherlands and has worked with teams worldwide, fostering and championing diversity in all its forms.

As a business leader, Adam coached and mentored colleagues to set clear goals, enhance performance, and advance their careers. Having experienced the impact of coaching firsthand, he recognised his passion and natural talent for helping others reach their potential. At the end of 2023, he decided to dedicate himself fully to being a freelance coach.

Adam creates a space for self-reflection while offering thoughtful challenges to help clients achieve their goals. His broad business and leadership experience allows him to empathise with his clients’ challenges and provide meaningful insights. His coaching interests include team leadership, stakeholder management, intercultural competency, business transformation and career development.
