Ben Feiertag

Ben Feiertag, founder of FEIER, is a seasoned leader and Executive Coach with over 20 years of experience in political communications, public affairs, and executive coaching. The path of Ben as an executive coach and retreat leader is rooted in a family lineage of psychoanalysis and human development. His journey, marked by a shift from a successful leadership and financial career to a calling in executive coaching, embodies the pursuit of a deeper understanding of human potential. His expertise includes retreat facilitation, where he combines systemic executive coaching with transformational leadership work.

Before his executive coaching career Ben was the spokesperson of two Dutch ministers of Finance, the Eurogroup chair during the Great Financial Crisis and the Governor of the Dutch Central Bank. Until 2024 Ben has finetuned his own leadership in the role as the Chief of Communication of the Dutch Central Bank leading the department through a fundamental transition.

Ben is a certified executive coach and advanced group coach from INSEAD. He has completed prestigious leadership programs at Harvard Business school and the European Central Bank. Ben collaborates with organizations such as YPO, Ernst & Young and ABN Amro, delivering high-impact coaching and leadership development programs. Ben is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
