Dr. Hoh Kim (호 김)

Executive Facilitator & Coach

Dr. Hoh Kim is an executive coach and facilitator with over 25 years of experience supporting senior leaders in multinational organisations across Korea. As a facilitator with TLC Lions, he partners with organisations to humanise the workplace, helping leaders navigate complex organisations, break down silos, and strengthen alignment between teams. Known for creating highly facilitative environments, Hoh enables leaders and teams to challenge assumptions and bridge the gap between knowing and doing.

Accredited in advanced, science-based programmes, Hoh integrates data-driven insights into his work to foster psychological safety, uncover blind spots, resolve conflict, and enhance collaboration.

Hoh holds a Ph.D. in Culture Technology from KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology). He is the author of six books and has been featured as a solo presenter in a 16-episode series on EBS-TV, Korea’s national educational broadcaster. His commitment to continuous learning is reflected in executive education at Oxford Saïd Business School, Stanford Graduate School of Business, Harvard Kennedy School, and the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

Recognised as one of the Top 25 Innovators in Asia Pacific by the Holmes Report, Hoh contributes to peer-reviewed academic journals and is currently authoring a leadership coaching book for Routledge (2026). Outside the boardroom, his philosophy of “slowing down” comes to life through his work as an accomplished woodworker, including two solo exhibitions in Seoul.
