Jacqui Gavin BEM is the Founder & Director of 5 Senses of Inclusion, dedicated to helping organisations evolve beyond traditional DEI into courageous cultures that endure. Her work equips leaders with the tools to embed belonging, accountability and trust at every level, proving that culture is not a side issue but the engine of performance and resilience.
Jacqui’s journey is one of resilience and reinvention. From professional football and the army to a modelling career cut short when she was publicly outed, she has faced rejection, discrimination and personal adversity. Each experience became fuel for her determination to create change. In the UK Civil Service she broke new ground, becoming the first Chair of the Transgender Network at the Department for Work and Pensions and later Chair of a:gender, the cross-government network for transgender and intersex civil servants, influencing ministers and senior leaders to reshape workplace policy.
Awarded a British Empire Medal in the late Queens 2020 Birthday Honours list and recognised with the 1120th Prime Ministers Points of Light Award, Jacqui is now a sought-after keynote speaker on culture, belonging and authentic leadership.
