A theatre-trained practitioner and doctoral researcher, she bridges the rehearsal room and the boardroom – blending performance, neuroscience, and spatial awareness into a distinctive, research-led approach.

Josie has coached C-suite executives, corporate teams, and emerging leaders across the UK, UAE, and KSA, delivering experiential programmes on executive presence, high-stakes communication, and storytelling. She is the creator of Green Light, a rapid state-shift method developed through her doctoral research, and founder of SpaceShift, where she helps professionals master voice, space, and embodied influence.
