With more than 15 years of experience, he has led or advised on over 30 complex integrations and separations across 20 countries, with a combined enterprise value exceeding €50 billion.
Combining deep M&A expertise with senior executive coaching, Karim supports CEOs and leadership teams navigating the pressure, ambiguity and complexity of organisational transformation. His experience spans the energy value chain, including oil and gas production, oilfield services, utilities and power generation.
