Keshav Bhatt

Keshav Bhatt is a leadership facilitator, coach, and educator specialising in inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and human development. He works with senior leaders and teams to build cultures where people can speak honestly, think clearly, and perform at their best.

Keshav partners with organisations such as the NHS, BBC, Meta, McKinsey, and eBay, facilitating and delivering high-impact programmes that have been rated an average of 4.8/5 by over 2,000 senior leaders. Known for his reflective and engaging facilitation style, he equips leaders with the awareness, skills, and confidence to lead more openly, inclusively, and effectively.

His approach is shaped by a distinctive blend of grassroots and academic experience. From founding Revolution Hive, a social enterprise that has supported over 30,000 young people from underrepresented backgrounds, to mentoring in refugee camps and community settings globally, Keshav brings deep insight into human behaviour, trust, and inclusion under pressure.

He holds a Master’s degree with distinction from the Harvard University, where he received the Intellectual Contribution Award. He is also a TEDx speaker and a professionally trained coach with seven accredited qualifications across neuroscience, positive psychology, team coaching, and trauma-informed practice.
