Dr Naeema Pasha is a leading expert and facilitator on artificial intelligence, diversity, careers, and skills, with a focus on ethical and inclusive practices shaping the future of work. She founded and led the World of Work (WOW) Institute at Henley Business School, conducting extensive research on workplace trends, ethics, and the evolving world of work.
Naeema advises and facilitates dynamic workshops for organisations and institutions on AI, diversity, resilience, and skills development. She’s also an expert on Industry 5.0 and Human+AI centric workplaces which explores the idea of a “100 Year Career” addressing multigeneration workplaces, longevity and talent development.
Her latest work focuses on AI Coachbots and the impact of dehumanised workplaces. She has contributed to a United Nations paper on the risks of Generative AI and co-authored the book Futureproof Your Career, supporting individuals to navigate a changing work landscape.
