Neil Atkinson

Neil Atkinson is an executive coach and facilitator dedicated to empowering leaders and teams in today’s dynamic workplace. With a rich background in corporate communications and digital marketing, including as Head of Digital Engagement at Unilever, Neil offers valuable insights into navigating modern organisational challenges. He focuses on leadership and team development, performance enhancement, career growth and resilience building, partnering with managers and leaders at all levels to foster creativity, strengthen relationships, and drive organisational value.

As a faculty member at the Academy of Executive Coaching and Fellow of the Association for Coaching, Neil  is committed to nurturing the next generation of coaching professionals. He also passionate about promoting health and wellbeing in the workplace, as well as enhancing diversity and  inclusivity at all levels. Neil holds an Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching and a Master’s-level Diploma in Systemic Team Coaching from the Association of Executive Coaching (AoEC), along with certifications in Hogan Assessments and mindfulness practices. His holistic approach integrates emotional and physical intelligence, helping clients achieve balance and fulfilment in both their personal and professional lives.
