With a background in automation engineering and senior leadership, Poggy helps organisations turn inclusion into a strategic advantage that drives innovation, performance, and sustainable change.

Now Founder and Director of OutEngineered and Chief Operating Officer of Divrsity, Poggy delivers powerful and engaging sessions at the intersection of technology and inclusion, combining strategic expertise with lived experience as a Black, Queer, Disabled, and autistic leader.

Poggy has delivered talks at leading industry events and institutions across the UK. In 2025, they delivered their TEDx talk, Engineering Equity with Automation, and released their debut book, Inclusion Moments, which became an Amazon bestseller in three categories.

A professionally accredited engineer and Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Poggy has been recognised as one of the UK’s Top 100 Manufacturing Professionals.
