Sherry is an Executive and Team Performance Coach focused on boosting team effectiveness behind the scenes to help teams on the pitch, in court, or on the road perform at their best. Her two-decade career in technology began at Arthur Andersen, where she progressed to Global Head of IT Service in the legal sector at McDermott Will & Emery, later becoming UK Business & Operations Manager for Intelliteach (now Frontline Managed Services). She also served as People Development Lead at Macmillan Cancer Support.
Sherry’s passion for sports grew from her experience racing with a London cycling club, where teamwork proved essential. A highlight was her 4th-place finish in the London Cyclo-Cross league, and she currently runs with Petts Wood Runners. In 2012, Sherry launched her coaching practice, specialising in people and team performance and leadership development, particularly for women in technology. Her approach emphasises that, to adapt to rapid advancements in technology, sustainability, and accessibility within sports, organisations must foster agility through strong team culture and leadership.
