Vera Woodhead is an executive coach and facilitator with over 25 years of experience in leadership development, including 16 years dedicated to coaching senior leaders and leadership teams. Known for her strategic approach, Vera partners with leaders to navigate change and pivotal transitions, advance careers and build high performing inclusive teams that innovate and drive growth. Her extensive coaching practice spans multiple sectors, including PwC, Santander, the NHS and most recently as Head of Leadership Coaching at Barclays, where she led strategies that enhanced engagement, drove cultural transformation, supported diversity and inclusion, increased female leadership representation and embedded a coaching culture.

Vera holds a Master’s Degree in Coaching & Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University and a Professional Certificate in Coaching Supervision from Henley Business School. She has coached over 500 senior leaders and 70 teams, delivering transformative experiences that empower clients to be bold and achieve more than they thought was possible.
