Dr Kamel Hothi OBE

With 38 years’ experience, Dr Kamel Hothi is now ranked in the top 100 most influential black, Asian and minority ethnic leaders in the UK by the FT and was awarded an OBE for her services to promoting diversity in banking. As well as running her own property business she sits on several boards as an Advisor / Trustee including Alzheimer’s Society & the Queen’s Commonwealth Trust across 53 countries.

Truett Tate has a career spanning over 50 years and began his journey at Citigroup in NYC before joining Lloyds Banking Group as Group Executive Director in London. His experience includes a number of Executive and Board level positions including as CEO of ANZ NA/Europe, Board memberships at Virgin Group, Lloyds Banking Group, LDC, Equal Future and more. Today Truett is Chairman of several companies, including Reference Point, Ellig, DevClever, Thinkably, Former Chairman of QBE NA and Group Chairman of TLC Lions.

A founding Committee member of the Law Society’s LGBT+ Lawyers Division and a board member of OUTvertising. Huw is also a Trustee and NED of international youth support charity DitchTheLabel.

Following her experience within Operations, Rebecca’s role as Chief of Staff is to strategically support the CEO and TLC Lions team to expand our growth and impact for our clients globally. In her previous role at Avenue HQ, Rebecca organised and delivered events for high profile clients, conducted site management and maintenance, and led member events programs and projects. Rebecca also managed the Charity Residency Program where she organised various fundraising events within the coworking space. Alongside this Rebecca has had an ongoing passion for wellbeing in the workplace. Outside of work, Rebecca loves hiking, cooking and relaxing with yoga.

She joins TLC Lions after 16+ years with Hyatt Hotels in sales and marketing roles across 5+ states and the global headquarters based in Chicago. Focused on finding the best personalised solutions to fit customers’ needs she’s built relationships based on trust and integrity. Alongside this, Kimberly has had an ongoing passion for inclusion and wellbeing in the workplace actively supporting employee resource groups during her time with Hyatt. Kimberly is the mom of a 6-year old beautifully curious boy, two fur-babies and the wife of a restaurateur. Her positive energy comes from her family, friends, and finding herself outdoors… name any sport, if she hasn’t tried it yet it’s on her list.
